Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you receive an item with a size issue or any damage, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchange Conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are only applicable for size issues or damaged items.

Delivery Charges: For exchanges, delivery charges of PKR 300 will be applicable.
